Hotel América reserves the right, without prior notice and at any time, to temporarily suspend access to its website and to make any changes it deems appropriate to the website, the services or information offered, its presentation or location, and the conditions of access and use of the Hotel América website. All information received on this website will be deemed to have been transferred to Hotel América free of charge. Email will not be considered a valid means of filing complaints. 7. Hotel Liability

Access to the website does not, under any circumstances, imply the existence of a commercial relationship between the user and Hotel América. The portal only provides information about vacant hotel rooms at the time of requesting such information. Therefore, if you make a reservation online, you are booking directly with the hotel and not with the portal. The printed version of the reservation you make serves as a reference when you visit the hotel. Booking hotel nights on this website implies the customer's acceptance of each and every one of the general conditions set forth herein. By accepting the following clauses, you declare and agree:

1) You are of legal age and have full capacity to make the reservation, declaring that you understand and comprehend all the conditions found on the website.

2) That the information provided when making the reservation online is true, complete, and concise.

3) Only those pages listed on the site map are included on the website.

4) Access to this website is the user's responsibility.

5) Once the reservation is made, the electronic document formalizing it will be archived and you may access it at any time.

6) You confirm the reservation made, that is, the dates indicated, the number of rooms, the number of people, and the hotel chosen.

8. Prices

The prices indicated are retail prices, including VAT. The price includes: Price per night based on the room type and rate selected, with the exception of hotels where the inclusion of other services is specifically indicated. The price does not include: Any unspecified service, as well as extras such as transfers, tips, phone calls, laundry services, minibar, parking, etc. Check-in and check-out times: As a general rule, and unless otherwise expressly agreed with the establishment, rooms may be used from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 PM on the day of departure.

9. Passports and Visas

All travelers, without exception (including children), must carry their personal and family documentation, whether passport or national identity card, in accordance with current legislation. Obtaining visas, passports, vaccination certificates, etc., when travel requires it, will be at their own expense. Minors under 18 years of age must carry written permission signed by their parents or guardians, in case it may be requested by any authority. Should any authority refuse to grant a visa, due to personal reasons, or should entry into the country be denied due to a lack of the required documentation, or due to a defect in the required documentation, the hotel declines all liability for such incidents. Any costs incurred will be borne by the customer. In these circumstances, the conditions and rules established for no-shows will apply.
